Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. Our contractors earn between $14 to $20 per hour, with revenue determined by your phone status when assisting customers. Additional incentives may be available based on arenaflex and client minimum targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
* Help customers with all their needs, resolving issues and answering questions
* Create a schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including phone status and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by arenaflex or ANY client
* Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
* Smart phone needed for daily authentication

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
