Experienced Customer Service Representative - Firearms Industry (Remote)

We're now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our customers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork, resolving document issues, and providing seamless experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submit accurate paperwork for further review.

  • Update and maintain customer account information, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Identify and resolve document issues, determine root causes of problems, and provide solutions.
  • Expedite corrections or adjustments, rebook appointments if needed, and ensure prompt and reliable service to all customers.
  • Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously.

Requirements:

* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.

  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
  • Technical savvy, with ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
  • Previous remote work experience a plus.
  • Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the firearms industry.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and data management systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days. Our full-time position includes 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday. We also offer paid training, which is 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
