Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team, providing phone and email support to sales and healthcare professionals. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for answering incoming requests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to sales and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex specifications and standardized processes
  • Interpret and explain detailed information of processes and procedures to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our products and services
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
  • Understand the impact of decisions on customers, markets, and sales representatives, making informed decisions that drive business growth and success

What You Need

Required

• At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including overtime as required

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
