Position Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers through various communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions about our clients' products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and resolve customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features, updates, and promotions
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, e-commerce, and technology

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a full-time remote position with a competitive pay rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
