We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Service Techno-Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Service solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise across Oracle EBS modules including TeleService, Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts, and Spares Management.
This role requires a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capability, with the ability to bridge business requirements and system design. The candidate should have proven experience integrating Oracle EBS with upstream and downstream systems, as well as a solid understanding of the broader EBS architecture.

What will you be doing?
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS Service modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
- Support Oracle EBS Service-related integrations with external systems
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, enhancement, and support across the Service landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and system scalability
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading initiatives while actively contributing to solution delivery and support.
RequirementsWe'd love to hear from you if you have
- 10+ years of overall experience with Oracle CRM Service applications.
- Strong techno-functional, hands-on experience.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS Service business processes (Service, Logistics, Inventory, Financials).
- Experience leading end-to-end solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
