[Remote] Bridge Content Experience Coordinator

They are seeking a Content Experience Coordinator to generate and manage content for their publications, ensuring high-quality engagement and timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication
  • Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication
  • Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all content is prepared and organized
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries
  • Proof publications for content quality and accuracy
  • Assist with change requests during the revision process
  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
  • Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience creating engaging, quality content
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong organization, writing, and editing skills
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Familiarity with N2's Corporate Publications program
