Service Rep/Service Officer
Scalence L.L.C. is a company operating within the Payments Processing line of business, focusing on receiving and processing incoming payments from entities worldwide electronically. The primary responsibility of the role is to repair incoming payments and ensure they are processed correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Repairing wire payments
- Ensuring wire payments are processed without errors
- Receiving payments in different currencies and manually keying funds into the correct currency
- Working through request queues with speed and accuracy
Skills
- Excellent typing skills - a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
- Superb typing accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Previous financial teller experience
- Previous service rep experience for a banking client
- Solid knowledge of general geography and currencies
