Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Care:

Delivering top-notch support to our clients, assessing their needs, and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.

Managing Incoming Communications:

Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Learning and Following Procedures:

Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions.

Meeting and Exceeding Targets:

Striving to meet and go above personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions:

Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Upselling and Scheduling:

Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.

Multitasking and Time Management:

Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.

Basic Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to navigate our customer service software and systems.

Multitasking and Time Management:

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and team targets.

Active Listening:

Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner.

Customer Focus:

A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
