[Remote] Inside Sales & Partner Development Data Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TEL Education partners with colleges and universities to expand access to high-quality, affordable online courses for high school students. The Inside Sales & Partner Development Specialist is responsible for growing and strengthening TEL Education’s existing high school partnerships, focusing on increasing enrollment within current partner schools and maintaining an accurate contact database for outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollment growth within existing high school partners through consistent outreach and relationship-building
  • Engage counselors, administrators, and key school contacts to increase awareness and adoption of TEL programs
  • Identify opportunities to expand course utilization and deepen partner engagement
  • Support enrollment goals through proactive communication, follow-ups, and targeted outreach
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers at the high school level (counselors, principals, CTE directors, etc.)
  • Build and maintain accurate contact records to support ongoing outreach and campaigns, especially for the Courses On Demand (COD) program
  • Continuously update and refine contact lists within CRM and Google Workspace systems
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and usability for sales and marketing efforts
  • Track outreach activity, partner engagement, and enrollment progress within CRM systems
  • Maintain organized records of school interactions, contacts, and opportunities
  • Support segmentation of contacts for targeted communication and campaigns
  • Monitor activity and enrollment trends across partner schools
  • Surface insights on what is driving—or limiting—growth within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve partner performance

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field preferred
  • Proven sales or account management experience, ideally in education, with a track record of achieving targets preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage outreach activity while maintaining high-quality data accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • K–12 experience (grades 9–12 strongly preferred) (Texas preferred)
  • Higher education experience preferred
  • Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment and/or AP experience
