Role Overview

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers. You'll investigate customer orders, contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details, and act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders as swiftly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate customer orders to identify any issues or delays

  • Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
  • Act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekend shifts, and national holidays
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
