Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Brenkus Team is focused on enhancing client experiences in real estate and is seeking a driven Real Estate Appointment Setter. This role involves making outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, building rapport, and setting appointments for the real estate agents, all within a high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ outbound calls per day
  • Speak with potential buyers and sellers
  • Follow proven scripts and sales process
  • Set qualified appointments for our agents
  • Manage follow-ups and pipeline in CRM
  • Track and report activity

  • You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people
  • You are passionate about selling and converting
  • You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods
  • You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts
  • Team player
  • Real estate license (not required)
  • Sales experience or phone sales experience
  • Real estate experience a plus
