Quality Assurance Administrator

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Are you someone who enjoys working with detail, managing compliance processes, and keeping systems and records accurate in a fast-paced environment? Do you like working independently while supporting a wider quality and compliance function? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative, compliance and quality assurance support across the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, also known as FORS. You will play a key role in ensuring the FORS Standard is applied accurately and consistently, supporting audit providers, operators, internal quality assurance teams and external stakeholders. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where your organisation skills and judgement will make a real difference.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, the ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

· Managing compliance issues, complaints, suspensions and terminations, ensuring cases are handled accurately and closed within agreed service level agreements.

· Monitoring and responding to a high‑volume compliance mailbox, issuing correspondence and maintaining clear audit trails.

· Supporting audit, training and quality assurance activity, including enhanced audits, training action plans and auditor records.

· Maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, including FORS Online and JIRA, and managing auditor access and records.

· Producing regular reports and updates, including compliance metrics, registrations and stakeholder notifications.

· Supporting meetings and stakeholder engagement through coordination, minute taking and follow‑up actions.

What you’ll bring:

· Working knowledge of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) and an understanding of how the FORS Standard is applied in practice, as a minimum requirement.

· Experience working with compliance‑based or assurance schemes, applying standards consistently and accurately.

· Strong experience managing compliance processes, including handling sensitive cases, audit outcomes or regulatory decisions with professionalism.

· Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage high‑volume, service level agreement‑driven workloads accurately.

· High levels of system competence, with confidence working across multiple platforms and maintaining clear, auditable records.

· The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.

It would be great if you had:

· Experience working for, or closely with, a FORS audit provider.

· Hands on experience supporting or delivering audits within FORS or other comparable schemes, such as trade membership or accreditation-based auditing frameworks.

Employment Type: Permanent full-time

Location: Remote within the UK.

Security Clearance Level: BPSS

Internal Recruiter: Annecia

Salary: up to £32,000 dependent on experience.

Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the choice to buy additional days, health cash plan, life assurance, and pension.
