Job Summary As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in driving success by conducting telephonic outreach to Cigna Healthcare Medicare customers, educating them on plan benefits, and addressing gaps in care. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely hand-offs to appropriate care teams, document all interactions for regulatory review, and assist with scheduling medical appointments and connecting customers to case management and community resources.
