Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work at Home Data Entry Operator to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering patient information and medical records into our database system. This is a fully remote, work from home position, offering the flexibility to schedule your own hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering patient information and medical records accurately and efficiently in our database system
  • Reviewing and verifying accuracy of data before inputting
  • Creating and maintaining electronic and/or paper records of patient information
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and patient recordkeeping
  • Communicating effectively with team members and superiors to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all patient records and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar role preferred
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records a plus

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $68K - $70K.
