Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

Our commitment to exceptional customer service has been the driving force behind our success, and we're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team.

Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Schedule

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes:

• Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience (at least one year)
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and interact with customers and technicians
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills to update customer information in our customer database (Service Titan)

As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:

• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
