Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all clients
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
