                                  REMOTE Bilingual French/English Customer Service Agent Job Type: Full Time – Work from Home Required Availability: Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 10:00pm CST Location: Currently, this position may be performed only in the following provinces/territories: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, ON, QC, PE and SK. Salary: $19.50 Hourly CAD

A significant portion of our client base consists of religious organizations/charities. Agents are required to handle calls regarding [donations/doctrine/services] for these specific groups

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Agent (Remote) role include: • The ability to speak/write fluently in French and English • A high school diploma or GED • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking • Eagerness to learn new technologies • Submit to and pass a criminal background check • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge • Minimum typing speed of 25wpm • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home • PC/Laptop with at least Windows 11 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible), 16 GB RAM, intel CORE i5 processor or higher, 250 GB SSD • High Speed internet with Ethernet cable (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) Upload 100 mbsp and 30 mbsp Downloads speeds • Preference to 2 monitors or 1 large screen • Noise cancelling USB -connected Headset • Webcam • Smartphone

Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Support email inquiries and chatrooms. • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services. • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. • Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary. • The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You don’t need to be a tech genius. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment. • Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.
