Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Louisiana, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable phone and computer setup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
