Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Become a product expert, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.
