About the Opportunity The Canada Emerging Markets Account Executive Role provides a unique opportunity to join the top achieving business unit and fastest growing organization within Dayforce sales. This group focuses on delivering best of breed HCM solutions through a supportive team providing an environment to excel.

The Account Executive – Emerging Markets is responsible for selling Dayforce’s HCM solutions to mid-market companies in their assigned geography along with a responsibility to develop and foster new referral and influence partners. We are looking for best in class, talented, driven individuals who can deliver a high velocity sales cycle while providing a strategic sales process.

  • Virtual (Digital) first role: Remote based with Minimal to Moderate travel required, depending upon assigned territory
  • Segment focus: 300-1000 employee count (Middle market)

What you’ll get to do

Generate Revenue

  • Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforce’s value
  • Develops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography
  • Leverages knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as Dayforce’s HCM capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities
  • Establishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects using competitive intelligence to best leverage Dayforce
  • Leads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s)
  • Conducts negotiations on behalf of Dayforce to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices

Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

  • Captures all relevant information in CRM system
  • Follows all defined processes and timelines
  • Keeps current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changes

Maintain technical knowledge

  • Completes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of Dayforce HCM solutions and how they differ from competitors
  • Effectively communicates how Dayforce HCM applications solve business problems

Skills and Experience we value

  • 5+ years successful experience in software/technology sales, HCM preferred
  • Proven track-record of prospecting, developing partner and influence relationships, and closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years
  • Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly related field
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
  • Valid driver's license required

Le charg de comptes – segment Marchs mergents est responsable de la vente des solutions de gestion du capital humain de Dayforce auprs de moyennes entreprises dans le territoire qui lui est attribu, ainsi que du dveloppement et du maintien de nouveaux partenariats de recommandation et d’influence. Nous recherchons des professionnels de haut calibre, talentueux et motivs, capables de mener un cycle de vente rapide tout en dployant une approche stratgique des ventes.

Responsabilits

Gnrer des revenus

  • Atteindre le quota de vente en crant et en excutant un plan d’affaires permettant de surpasser les objectifs financiers et d’accrotre la valeur de Dayforce
  • Entretenir des relations mutuellement bnfiques avec les cadres suprieurs et autres dcideurs cls
  • Exploiter les connaissances du secteur et des clients potentiels pour crer de la valeur et de nouvelles occasions
  • tablir et excuter des stratgies de vente efficaces appuyes par une analyse de rentabilit solide
  • Diriger les interactions de vente et mobiliser les ressources ncessaires
  • Mener des ngociations afin de conclure des ventes rentables
  • Assurer l’exactitude et la mise jour des donnes clients et des prvisions
  • Consigner tous les renseignements pertinents dans le CRM
  • Respecter les processus et chanciers tablis
  • Se tenir jour sur les processus et changements de Dayforce

Maintenir les connaissances techniques

  • Obtenir les certifications en gestion du capital humain et maintenir ses connaissances produits
  • Communiquer efficacement comment les solutions Dayforce rpondent aux besoins d’affaires

Exprience et comptences recherches

  • Minimum de 5 annes d’exprience en vente de solutions logicielles ou technologiques (GCH/HCM un atout)
  • Exprience prouve en prospection, dveloppement de partenariats et conclusion de ventes
  • Capacit dmontre dpasser les objectifs de vente en contexte B2B
  • Exprience en vente consultative (technologies RH, ERP ou domaine connexe)
  • Capacit tablir des relations avec des gestionnaires intermdiaires et des cadres suprieurs
  • Excellentes comptences en ngociation
  • Permis de conduire valide requis
