Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and Re-Framework.
• Manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator including queues, assets, and schedules.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end RPA lifecycle from development to deployment and support.
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues in production and test environments.
• Handle bug fixes, change requests, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Document workflows, technical designs, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evaluation of new RPA technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UiPath RPA Developer.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Re-Framework.
• Experience with OCR, ML, and data/web/screen scraping.
• Strong experience in bot monitoring, debugging, and maintenance.
• Experience managing RPA workflows in test and production environments.
• Ability to analyze and automate complex business processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.

• Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Oracle EBS) and tools like .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git.
• UiPath certifications or exposure to AI Center, Document Understanding, or Generative AI.
