About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with a deep understanding of the US healthcare and Insurance domain to join our team. This person will play a crucial role in crafting user-centered experiences that empower patients and optimize workflows for chiropractors. This person will be a key collaborator with stakeholders across departments to ensure our digital solutions are intuitive, engaging, and supportive of better chiropractic care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand User needs, expectations, and pain points within the chiropractic context.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for chiropractic web application, patient portals, and other digital tools.
• Ensure information architecture is clear, concise, and user-friendly, promoting health literacy and informed decision-making.
• Develop user flows and prototypes for various chiropractic scenarios, including online booking, appointment management, treatment plans, and patient education materials.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies in healthcare and apply them to our digital solutions.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Deliver high-quality mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for presentation and development.
• Maintain clear and consistent visual branding across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing for healthcare or medical platforms, with a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Proven expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with chiropractic terminology and practices is highly desirable.
