Were looking for a growth person who can do whatever it takes to grow, across channels, across formats, across priorities. This is not a corporate role, there is no comfort zone. Every week will look different.

What you will do

- Own growth projects end to end, from idea to execution to results

- Launch and iterate paid campaigns, from creative to targeting to performance tuning

- Improve conversion across the funnel, landing pages, onboarding, follow-up flows

- Build simple tracking that helps us make decisions without over-engineering

- Run fast experiments and learn loops, weekly

- Research new audiences and markets and turn insights into tests

- Do whatever is needed to hit growth goals, even if it is not in your job description

What we are looking for

- You are a builder, not a planner

- You can go from zero to live quickly, with imperfect information

- You can write, you can sell, and you can make things people actually want to click

- You can handle both creative work and performance analysis

- You take ownership and do not need someone to chase you

- You are comfortable with a fast pace, shifting priorities, and real accountability

- You're curious, you learn quickly, and you're happy to jump into things you've never done before

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience (excluding internship)

What success looks like

- You ship constantly and the quality improves over time

- We can clearly see what is working and what is not

- Our acquisition is more predictable week to week

- Conversion improves because messaging, trust, and funnel mechanics improve

- We build a repeatable growth engine, not one-off wins

What We Offer

- You'll work directly with Manuel Anok, a senior growth hacker with deep hands-on experience, alongside the founders, and you'll learn fast through real projects, tight feedback loops, and daily execution

- Salary €17,000 to €24,000 gross per year depending on experience. This is a full time employment offer - not a freelance collaboration
