Job Overview HEC Income Tax Preparation is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction. This is a fully remote opportunity open to applicants residing in the United States only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services
  • Assist clients with account updates and general support requests
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or client support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and common communication platforms

Work Schedule
