The Mgr Warranty is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data and preparing proactive renewal quotes while supporting administrative and operational processes.

About the role

As a Mgr Warranty, you will be responsible for reconciling renewal contract data and creating proactive renewal quotes for clients. We will count on you to support vendor quoting, generate reports, and convert vendor quotes into accurate client-facing documentation. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Create vendor quotes using web-based tools
  • Convert vendor quotes into client-facing quotes using Insight’s internal tools
  • Generate client-facing inventory and discrepancy reports
  • Manage incoming renewal requests and produce proactive renewal quotes using standardized parameters

What we’re looking for

  • High School Diploma with 0–1 years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize workloads, and solve problems accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, managers, and teammates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
