Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In the role of Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including revenue recognition, billing, and cash application reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily and monthly revenue and cash activities to ensure that revenues are recorded timely and accurately
- Audit methods and procedures of the accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and maintain accurate records
- Act as liaison between Shared Service Center (SSC) and Clinical Operations to ensure timely submission and accuracy of data
- Process Roll-Up of services (if required); reconcile units/charges against reports received from Clinical Operations for reasonableness
- Generate, distribute, and review revenue/billing reports
- Audit monthly procedures
- Maintain an effective control environment for the accounting operations
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and some supervisory experience
- Effective communication skills and strong management skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
