[Remote] Sales Development Representative, Colorado
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Finvari is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the way construction companies handle payments. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline for the sales team, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into a defined territory through outbound efforts including calls, emails, and social outreach
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within construction companies
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Conduct initial discovery to understand business needs, workflows, and potential fit
- Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Execute high-volume outreach while maintaining thoughtful, personalized messaging
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or a technology company
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and operate in a high-activity environment
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to improve in a fast-paced startup environment
