Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
• Proactively upsell features and provide tailored solutions for providers
• Simplify and streamline provider interactions with the platform
• Act as the voice of the organization to create positive impressions and resolve issues promptly
• Develop a deep understanding of platform services to inspire engagement
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
