[Remote] Associate Account Manager, Dental Professionals

They are seeking a Dental Pro Associate Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of dental professional accounts, driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of active dental professional accounts
  • Drive engagement, ordering frequency, and revenue through proactive outreach
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Monitor customer ordering patterns and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant customers and rebuild long-term relationships
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, follow-ups, and account expansion strategies
  • Track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Partner with leadership to execute growth initiatives across the Dental Professional channel
  • Manage inbound support requests and inquiries from dental professionals with professionalism and care
  • Ensure timely resolution of orders, account issues, and general questions
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience that strengthens customer loyalty and brand advocacy
  • Attend up to 8 dental conferences annually to support sales efforts, strengthen relationships, and drive new account growth

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in a clinical or dental hygiene role, a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience working with customer support systems like Zendesk
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
  • High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for building customer relationships
