Associate Product Manager

Solmetex, LLC is transforming dental practice safety and efficiency, and they are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support marketing programs for their Regenerative Portfolio. This role involves contributing to brand marketing strategies, managing marketing content, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance marketing initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to brand marketing campaigns, including supporting the development and execution of email, social media, and digital/integrated marketing initiatives
  • Support the development and refinement of sales support tools and localized marketing content to assist commercial initiatives
  • Manage updates to marketing literature, website content, and digital marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Support distribution partners by providing current branding guidelines, marketing content, and product messaging
  • Partner with the Director of Education to support clinical education initiatives, programs, and related marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support implementation of structured follow-up processes and engagement strategies for marketing programs
  • Analysis and report on the performance of marketing promotions and programs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and monitor competitive intelligence, product databases, and pricing information to support marketing strategy and decision-making
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or another related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management or Marketing Management role
