Inventory Analyst - Remote Job for Online Stores

Key Responsibilities

• * Generate detailed reports and dashboards on inventory performance, including turnover rates, stock-outs, and aging stock.
• * Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and work on corrective actions.
• * Support demand forecasting and assist in setting inventory targets based on historical data and market trends.
• * Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity in inventory management systems.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• * Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Planner, or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
• * Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• * Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
