Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer product recommendations and provide expert advice on outdoor gear and apparel
  • Process transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or outdoor industry setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional service

  • Knowledge of outdoor gear and apparel, with a passion for the industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, including processing transactions and handling returns
