The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, and making recommendations to meet their needs
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)

Compensation and Benefits

* $21 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Requirements

* Reliable private internet connection, not supplied by use of cellular data or hotspot

  • Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
