Key Responsibilities:

  • * Accurately input data from various sources into the companys systems.

  • * Perform routine data checks and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • * Assist with organizing and categorizing documents and data for easier access.
  • * Identify and report any data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues to supervisors.
  • * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • * Perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
  • * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • * Fast typing speed and good familiarity with basic data entry software.
  • * Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience:
  • * No previous experience required; this is an entry-level position.
  • * Experience in administrative or office roles is beneficial but not essential.
  • * Basic experience with data entry or related tasks is an advantage.
  • Working Hours:
  • * This is a part-time, remote position.
  • * Flexible hours, approximately 15-25 hours per week.
  • * Ability to work in the evenings or weekends, depending on individual availability and workload.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * Strong understanding of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • * Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • * Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
