Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Engaging with customers in real-time via chat to provide assistance and support - Answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product/service information - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
