Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry:

Enter customer and account data from various sources into arenaflex's computer system within specified time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Data Management:

Compile, verify, and sort data for processing, reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies to ensure output accuracy and consistency.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Training:

Participate in a comprehensive one-week training program with our supervisor to ensure you are fully equipped to perform your role effectively.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Time Management:

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals.

Reliable Internet Connection:

A stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication and data entry.

Basic Computer Skills:

Familiarity with basic software applications, with training provided to enhance your skills.

Excellent Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Data Entry Experience:

Familiarity with data entry software and processes, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service Experience:

Compensation & Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

Hourly Pay:

$30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Training Pay:

$15 per hour during the training period.

Flexible Hours:

The ability to work between 20 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability.
