Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Dental Customer Service Representative based in California, you will be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and insurance partners seeking guidance on dental coverage, appointments, and billing. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls through an automated system and delivering accurate, friendly responses to a variety of dental‑related inquiries.
  • Providing consultative support by leveraging your knowledge of dental insurance policies and healthcare regulations.
