Your Role
As an Experienced Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Owning the core relationship
with our mid-market employer partners, building trust, and driving business outcomes
Evolving the customer journey
for our mid-market employers, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing strategic solutions
Scaling internal processes
to support hundreds of premium employers, ensuring seamless onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Synthesizing voice of customer
from qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive future product enhancements and features, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in Consulting, Account Management, or Customer Success, managing a portfolio of 70+ customers
Experience with SaaS
, driving customer adoption, and value consultation with multiple senior stakeholders
Ability to translate business goals
into outcomes and build processes that align with customer needs
Comfort facilitating meetings
and delivering product trainings with external customers
Collaborative spirit
, with a high degree of technical aptitude, and a passion for process improvement
Experience providing process improvement solutions
to create team efficiencies, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 (80/20 split). You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. As a full-time employee, you'll be eligible for our flexible time off policy, 8 standardized holidays, and 2 additional days of flexible holiday time off.
