Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries and concerns
- De-escalating situations, offering patient assistance and support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting patients by scheduling payment arrangements and providing guidance on account-related matters
- Multi-tasking with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Training Schedule
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows:
- 1 week of intensive training, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 100% attendance mandatory
- Ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Work Schedule
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work a flexible schedule that may include weekends or late hours. The work schedule is as follows:
- 3 days: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 2 days: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Job Type and Salary
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or government setting
- Experience working with auto-dialers and CRM systems
- Knowledge of healthcare and government regulations and policies
- Certification in customer service or a related field
