Essential Job Functions

As a Work From Home Data Entry Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Encouraging excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates
  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics
  • Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
  • Embracing change and acting with integrity in all aspects of your work
  • Collaborating with other teams to drive results and exceed customer expectations

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data entry agents and provide guidance and support as needed

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive results and exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a work-from-home environment

  • Experience leading a team or providing coaching and guidance to others
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment and analyzing performance metrics
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
