Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Email, chat, and phone customer service experience
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online chat platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and online chat platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
