Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Client Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Risk Assessment:
Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
Retention Strategies:
Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
Policy Reviews:

Renewal Processing:
Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Active Property & Casualty License:
Required for this position.
Previous Insurance Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide expert advice.
Time Management:
