We are now seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team and contribute to the integration of packages in SailPoint.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, and design and maintenance knowledge will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Collaborate with global-class software and platform groups to design software integrations
• Troubleshoot and manage IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in identity and access management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management and be proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
• Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a superb mindset
