Job Description
As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, including data entry, online surveys, and product testing. You will be working from home, using your own computer or mobile device, and will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work at your own pace.
Responsibilities
* Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys and product testing
- Participate in online focus groups and research trials
- Use your computer or mobile device to complete tasks and projects
- Communicate with arenaflex staff and other participants via email or phone
- Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Meet deadlines and work independently
Requirements
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
- Able to focus and follow through
- Computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry or customer service
- Familiarity with online surveys and product testing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel
