Job Summary

As a Senior Data Entry Clerk - Remote, you will be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. This role may also involve reviewing and verifying the work of lower-level employees, providing guidance and supervision as needed. You will work in a remote setting, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need.

Primary Responsibilities

* Moderate work experience within own function, with some tasks completed without established procedures

• Basic tasks are completed without review by others, with supervision/guidance required for higher-level tasks
• Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
• Review and verify the work of lower-level employees, providing guidance and supervision as needed
• Work in a remote setting, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of equivalent working experience

• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Prior stable work experience
• Availability to work any 8-hour shift (40 hours/week) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Telecommuting Requirements

* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

• Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
