Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a remote data entry clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently update and maintain client call data, customer care logs, and profile pages.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with profile creation, updating, and maintenance, as well as filing, information access, and document creation.
  • Ticket Management: Produce and resolve customer support concern tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mail Preparation: Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, directing and seating them to their designated offices and meeting rooms, and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job assignments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Work From Home: Be able to work remotely from your home in the United States.
  • MS Office Suite Skills: Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
