Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with key operating standards. As a data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, utilizing your skills and experience to contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines (KPH 6000 MINIMUM)
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Using the system to verify customer records
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Good customer service behaviors
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
- IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (word/excel/outlook)
