Experienced Social Media Sales Representative – Latin America

The Role
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, while working closely with our highly skilled client success team.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with our audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, as well as participate in daily tasks and activities (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Stable income in $USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Location: Latin America or Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning and growth
- Experience working from home and managing time effectively

Pay and Benefits
* Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
