The Role

As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers through live chat on business websites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries related to shipping rates, return policies, and product availability, as well as providing general support and assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Log into the arenaflex chat system at the start of your scheduled shift and respond promptly to customer queries

  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries related to shipping rates, return policies, and product availability
  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation based on the hours worked
  • Commit to at least 5 hours per week of work, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
