* Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence that is looking for entry-level and experienced behavior therapists / RBTs to join our team in East Cobb/Marietta. Our therapists help children with autism achieve their full potential in our center-focused applied behavior analysis program in the metro Atlanta area. All of our therapists become RBTs within 3-4 weeks of joining the company. As an RBT, you will provide one on one therapy based on the scientific principles of applied behavior to children with autism, primarily in a clinic-based setting. Your typical day might include:

• Implementing treatment goals under the direction of the Behavior Analysts
• Data collection throughout the day
• Providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism
• Provide feedback regarding client progress to a Case Supervisor
• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the direction of the Behavior Analysts This role might be for you if:

• $33,000 to $46,000 per year, depending on experience working in applied behavior analysis, for full-time team members
• 21 days of PTO per year, including paid days when we are closed

• Experience working with children, or in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, or degree in a related field, such as psychology, or experience in customer service
• Eagerness to learn, ability to be coached, and a dedication to helping the children we serve to make life-changing progress
• Ability to take instruction and constructive feedback
• Basic understanding of technology (such as iPads and Microsoft Office) with a willingness to learn more
